Music Videos

Killa Fonic – Păsări Migratoare

For one of my favourite Romanian artists. The video was shot on Kodak 16mm film, in minus degrees Bucharest, with an incredible team. Never quoted Godard visually more.

Tummyache – Circling the Drain

My first project shot on 16mm film, for Tummyache’s collaboration with Speedy Wunderground.

Penguin Cafe – Welcome to London

A music video inspired by Simon Jeffes’ legendary fever dream of the Penguin Cafe, a magical shelter within the concrete jungle of our dystopian future.

Killa Fonic – Toshiro Mifune

An almost one-shot music video, paying tribute to the great cinematic universe of Akira Kurosawa and his frequent collaborator (if not muse) Toshiro Mifune.

Hex Girlfriend – Café Culture

The first-ever music video for Noah Yorke and James Knott's electrifying duo Hex Girlfriend. A twist on Cronenberg's aesthetics, mixed with some food gore and contemporary dance.

Syfo Dias – Prison of Reason

A narrative music video, shot by the Danube in the south-west of Romania, featuring spectacular nature and brutalist architecture. Starring Laurențiu Bănescu, one of my favourite Romanian actors.

The Gulps – Candy

A one-shot extravaganza, a tribute to Andy Warhol’s muse, Candy Darling.

Penguin Cafe – In Re Budd

A one-shot Steadicam endurance test of a live performance of Penguin Café’s ‘In Re Budd’.

Syfo Dias – Ink

A one-shot music video for the Romanian up-and-coming rock band Syfo Dias. Shot in the studio of Bucharest's film school.

Tummyache – Knee Jerk

A music video heavily inspired by portrait photography and Ingmar Bergman films. With custom made knitted costumes for the band.

Tummyache – Alive Again

My first collaboration with Tummyache. A DIY video about the struggle of being connected to those around you.

Motorcycle Display Team – The Chain Links

My first music video with choreography. Two priest, in love with MDT's music, kidnap the band and perform their latest dance in front of them. Shot in the famous Asylum Chapel.

Motorcycle Display Team – Armchair Politician

My first ever music video.

Technology + Teamwork – You Saw Something in Me

Director’s assistant & VFX artist on this puppet love story.
