An Actor Prepares

This is my graduation film for University of the Arts London. Before the premiere of a new play, a theatre actor is caught up in a love triangle. He’s in love with the director, his wife is pregnant, and even worse, he’s a character in a film. He just doesn’t know it yet.

Avril

A feature-length semi-observational documentary about Armand Avril, a 98 years old artist from Cotignac, France. Since the 1960’s Armand Avril has created mixed media sculptural montage works, paintings and sketches inspired by his travels in Africa, Indonesia, North America, as well as French culture and his personal life and affairs. The film is an examination of his life, his friends and his village.
